Haha, that pic is fantastic. I love everything: the perspective, Hagrid's tear and beard, Norbert's agitation over his present, his tail, the ferret or weasel or mink (some kind of marten, right? Edit: I should just read the tags) with the wonderful red ribbon. The ribbon makes it so cute (even if it's a dead animal ;P).
