I love the look on Hagrid's face, and the tear in his eye as he watches his baby open its first Christmas present. And Norbert is wonderful! You should draw dragons more often, "mystery artist."

This is fabulous. The perspective is great, and it's just the right mix of "nature red in tooth and claw" with "parental" sweetness. The color is placed in just the right spots. Love all the little Norbert details of spikes and eyebrows and tail.

Haha, that pic is fantastic. I love everything: the perspective, Hagrid's tear and beard, Norbert's agitation over his present, his tail, the ferret or weasel or mink (some kind of marten, right? Edit: I should just read the tags) with the wonderful red ribbon. The ribbon makes it so cute (even if it's a dead animal ;P).

I happened upon this entirely by accident, and what a lovely surprise! Hagrid and Norbert are both adorable. And the Christmas tree in the background and the bow on the little animal are just so.

Norbert's very special kind of cuteness (eye of the beholder, eh?) just comes across so beautifully.
