This is just too perfect for words. I love everything about this. The lovely, carefully wrapped gifts, the little wreath in her neck and just this sense of clam this image has. Such a calm and peaceful Minerva moment. Her expression of subtly-smiling concentration works so well: says a lot about how seriously she takes this task of creating gifts for people she cares about. You do such a wonderful job with the cheerful, rich holiday colors -- the Christmas red and green of ribbon and robes; the understated-yet-festive wreath brooch (my mother had a similar one), the pretty packages. As usual, hair and hands and folds of fabric are beautifully rendered.
