This is so absolutely perfect. I adore Pomona's Christmas touches in her hat and the flowers and the window with snow is just brilliant!

I love that she's looking so casually back, as if someone just called her name and then snapped a photo of her, and! AND! The Hufflepuff colours in her apron are just the most perfect touch. :)

She looks so wonderfully kind and accepting, the very epitome of the Hufflepuff house.

I adore the earthy colours you've used, those lovely browns and yellows and greens are perfect for her.

And \o/ to the Christmas touches! The sprig of holly in her hat, the poinsettia, the snow at the window ... *jingles festively*

This is probably weirdly specific, but I also really like the bow at the back of her apron, too!

What stands out for me is how you managed to get depths and highlights in her hair. In my experience that takes a lot of work with colored pencil. Great job!
