I love this. I can't say I completely understand it, but I love it for the feels it gives me. I love Harry conjuring a rain cloud above his head to grow mistletoe, but no one comes and slowly it dies. I love Draco sitting in his stubborn pose as a plant (holly?) slowly overtakes him. And then they sit side by side and Harry's withered mistletoe springs back into life and the vines around Draco die away, and they are holding hands, and I am grinning like a loon.
