There will be a limit of 4 prompts per person again this year. Other than that, please feel free to go wild! Leave any holiday or New Years prompts!

Just, please take a moment to refresh your memory on the Fest Guidelines before submitting your prompts.

There are many different ways to prompt! Feel free to leave full prompts/scenarios, random words/keywords, picture prompts, song lyrics, etc in the comments!

We will compile them and have new prompts from this year as well as the lists from past years available for your inspiration!

(Jealousy can be all in Harry's mind or be deliberate on Draco's or Severus's part to get Harry's attention.)

Wow, it seems so odd to think about Yule or New Year's in August. And yet Mr Psmith pointed out last night that there are only nineteen Fridays until Christmas, yikes!! So here goes:

(1) Hogwarts faculty Yule or New Year's party shortly after Severus has begun teaching there -- lots of scope for fun and frolic, perhaps a little bit of "why in Merlin's name did you hire the Death Eater??", etc. Bonus points for including: a few students who have remained at school over the holidays, UST with Snape and McGonagall, an unusual flirtatious pairing.

(2) Christmas with the Evans family after Lily's first term at Hogwarts -- what was it like for Petunia, for Lily, for their parents? Could also feature young Severus, if you like. Bonus points for including a Hogwarts teacher/faculty in some manner -- e.g., maybe they go to Diagon Alley on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

(3) Any pairing, your choice. Couple has been together a long time. Each year, they make sure to at some point acquire one special new ornament (and they write the year on it), so by now they have 20, 30, 40 of these "Year Ornaments." I'd like to see the two of them together decorating the tree, as they take out each of these Year Ornaments and reminisce about how each one was acquired. Bonus points for a highly unusual ornament, or one that was acquired in a strange or unusual way.

A lonely Harry wishes on a star on the Eve of Christmas: all he wants is a family to celebrate with. He wakes up on Christmas morning with Draco in his bed and a band of adorable, rambunctious toddlers running amok in his house.

Harry figures something went wrong and he should probably try to fix it. But does he really want to?

Drunk Draco is convinced there's an intruder in the Manor. He can hear thumping and scraping on the roof and there is definitely someone in his chimney. He demands for Auror Potter to come over and investigate on the double.

Harry/ Draco. Harry opens the door on Christmas Eve to find a pissed-off, naked, gift-wrapped Draco Malfoy on his front step in the snow. How he got there, and what happens next, is up to you (although snark and sexy times would be much appreciated).

Draco/Albus Severus. Albus has to stay at Hogwarts over Christmas to catch up on schoolwork. Professor Malfoy gives him a helping hand. *cough* With his schoolwork.

Likes: Either predatory!Draco, or seductive!Albus. I like the wrongness of the relationship to be part of the appeal. I like the fact that Harry would be horrified if he knew (maybe he finds out?). Go darker rather than fluffy if you like. (but see below)
Dislikes: Underage Albus (no under 16), non-con

Harry/Draco. What do you buy for the man who has everything? I'd like to see a frantic, smitten Harry trying to get the perfect gift for a spoiled Draco. Up to you whether it's their first Christmas together or whether Harry is trying to woo Draco.

Harry/Draco. Christmas can be stressful when you're divorced and trying to be grown up for the sake of the children. Especially at big family parties when your childhood nemesis just happens to be there looking absolutely mouth-wateringly fuckable. And you're drunk. And he seems to be interested, and your study is just over there, and surely no-one would notice if you both slipped away for half an hour or so?

Feel free to use another location other than the study if it works better, of course. It would be great to have H/D in their 40s for this one.
