Summary: Venomous spiders, mosquitoes, sunburn and shared showers. This was shaping up to be Lily's worst Christmas ever, and Lysander Scamander was only making it worse.

curiouslyfic for the superfast beta. She is far smarter than me, and thus makes the stories better. This is for kitty_fic, who is a horrible enabler. Mystery prompter from 2009, I'm not sure whether to love you forever for the awesome prompt or scowl over the fact that the song has been stuck in my head since I decided to write this! Worse, I only know a couple of lines, so there's Rolf Harris going "Six white boomers, snow white boomers, dah-dah-dah-dum, the Australian sun!" over and over again! It was a real pleasure to write something set in my beautiful home country, for a prompt for someone who I assume is also an Aussie. If you still follow this fest, I hope you enjoy it.
