Harry/Hermione (shut up, I love them)

It's a few years after the war. Harry and Ginny have split. So have Hermione and Ron. Since both are no longer welcome/feel uncomfortable at the Weasleys', they spend Christmas Eve together. An attraction long buried emerges. Hee!

This one can be sexy or sweet (or both) or even sad, up to you.

Albus/Scorpius

Scorpius has always visited Albus at the Potters' house over the Christmas holiday. After years of this, Albus wants to visit at Scorpius's house and won't take no for an answer. Scorpius eventually concedes but it doesn't take long after his arrival at the Manor for Albus to understand why Scorpius didn't want him to come.

Harry/Severus

Harry's first year as a teacher at Hogwarts doesn't go too smoothly, so he is relieved that the holidays have arrived. However, instead of spending Christmas at the Burrow, he has to stay at Howgwarts because the Weasleys are not yet over the fact that Harry has broken up with Ginny. He drinks a bit too much one night when Headmaster Snape knocks on his door to discuss some purely school related business and he blurts out that he hates Christmas. Severus tells him that it is just as well, since he should celebrate Hanuka like the proper Jew he is. Harry is baffled to learn of his heritage and Snape, however reluctantly, agrees to teach him some costumes he used to practice with his mother and Lily during the holidays. Harry manages to learn not only about Hanuka, but about the reasons why his relationship with Ginny was doomed from the beginning. Romance, slash, and smut ensues.
