Hermione's been teaching since the beginning of the School year (September). But it's been chaos. She can't keep a class in order, her lesson preparation and plans aren't really suitable to the children's level, and while she has no problems teaching those kids who are coping well, the ones who were behind to start with are slipping even further.

So what happened over Christmas to change that?
