This was completely bizarre and funny and quirky, and something I didn't expect to read. Some of the expressions you used, like Harry blushing like a schoolboy, their bittersweet tears and best of all, Ronald Claus, had me cracking up. I love how there was an almost crackfic type humor to it, but softened by an undertone of tenderness!
